Erasmus+ KA1

Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1) supports international mobility for students, recent graduates, teachers, trainers, and youth workers. The goal is to foster personal and professional growth through study, training, or work experiences abroad. Participants develop language skills, cultural awareness, and practical competences, supported by tools like Europass or Youthpass for skill recognition. Organizations apply for funding to manage and organize these mobility opportunities. For youth, KA1 also includes non-formal learning through exchanges and training events. Overall, KA1 promotes a more connected, skilled, and open-minded European community by investing in individuals’ experiences beyond their national borders.
